Personal exchange in a virtual world

Even in the virtual world, personal exchange between organizer and participant, exhibitor and visitor should be ensured. Therefore, we offer visitors various ways to get in touch with you. For example, tools for (video) calls or chats can be used.

Text Chat EN

Personal text chat

One way to get in direct contact with visitors is to integrate a personal text chat.

The text chat is created with the name and profile picture of a contact person and can then be displayed on a page.

In order to make the best use of the chat contact's time, the previously set welcome message appears automatically (see image). Only when a visitor replies to this chat message, the chat partner has to become active. To do this, he receives an e-mail or, if he has installed the corresponding app, directly a push notification on his smartphone.

Then both chat partners are online and can chat with each other and exchange ideas.

Chatbot EN

Automated chatbot

Another possibility to integrate a chat into the virtual event is a chatbot. The bot does not have to look like one, but can also be personalized with a picture and name.

The difference of the automated chatbot compared to the personal text chat is mainly that no employee is needed to actively answer, but the chatbot is created beforehand by a script and based on that it can talk to the visitor and support him.

The chatbot can be used to support visitors in their search for certain infomaterials or to generate leads.

Teams Call

Video call via Microsoft Teams

Chat isn't enough for you because you want to hear and maybe see your conversation partner? Then integrate a Microsoft Teams meeting. Here you can talk to your conversation partner on the phone as usual and are one step closer to personal contact than with a simple text chat.

Breakout Sessions with wonder.me

Another possibility for exchanges with audio and camera, but also, for example, between visitors themselves and not just between visitors and organizers, is a room at wonder.me. Wonder is a web-based tool where users meet and exchange with various other users in circles.
